Do you do custom orders?

The short answer is YES!
It will depend on the type of order that you want to make, and the amount of personalized orders that we have at the moment.

Who designs and manufactures the products?

The design of all products is original. We make the illustrations digitally and incorporate them into the physical products.

The manufacture of the products varies depending on each product. Some of the products are manufactured entirely by the company, and for others, we have different press companies that print the final product.

What is the processing time?

Orders take 1-3 business days to prepare.

How are shipments made and what is their cost?

We work with different transport companies to make shipments. Correos and UPS are the companies we work with the most.

We select the best option depending on the destination and the weight of the order.

Shipping costs are determined based on the destination and weight of the order. From €3.90 in Spanish territory, and from €6.50 internationally.

When will my order arrive?

Once the order has been processed, the approximate shipping time will be 48-96 hours in Spanish territory, and 3-10 business days for international orders.

Where are the items shipped from?

All products are shipped from Menorca, Spain.

Do you make international shipments?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world.

If your country is not on the list of Countries we ship to, contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Problems with the Order

I have not received my order, what should I do?

If after 15 business days you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Keep in mind the processing and shipping times depending on your location.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately if you have received any wrong or defective items so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 14 days. Visit our Refund Policy to see all the necessary conditions to make a return.

Can I make changes to my order?

If the order is in the preparation process, please contact us and we will do everything possible to modify it before it is sent.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately no changes of any kind can be made.
